Andrew is our sound expert and is currently designing the card that will go into the production machines. The card will be slotless yet maintain all of the capabilities of currently available cards. Thanks to Andrew, the A2GS Laptop Project will have true stereo sound.

James Littlejohn

James Littlejohn has been involved in the project since 2008 and provides the power information and the components for the internals of the machines. Long known as an innovator in the vintage computing industry, James has produced a number of commercial products for the Apple II series computers. He currently runs the website www.8BitSystem.com

Jim Maricondo

One of the original believers in the project, Jim has been a supporting factor in the team for the past eight years. Jim not only has provided insight into the Apple IIgs but also has provided the tools with which the project could be seen through to it's fruition. Jim Maricondo has been using an Apple IIgs since 1989, having founded DigiSoft Innovations and published the ever popular packages Twilight II and the Golden Orchard. Twilight II was one of the first screen saver programs for the Apple IIgs and has been modified to serve as photography slide show projectors as well. Golden Orchard has gone through 3 incarnations with the current version 2.0 being released in January 2009.

Mystery Man

Mystery Man is our resident build-it type guy. A game restorer and vintage machine building aficionado, he has years of experience in building prototype and one of a kind machines.

Bill Martens

Bill Martens is the force behind the project, organizing and pushing all of the agendas and the people on the project into believing in his dream of an Apple IIgs Laptop. Bill first conceived of the project in 2001 in a long discussion with Jim Maricondo of Digisoft Innovations.
